John R. Daciolas - CFO/Treasurer

John Daciolas resides with his wife, Mary and son, John in Corona, California.  John was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and moved to California upon graduating from DePaul University in 1980 where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. John is currently a California Real Estate broker and is  Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company, specializing in the sale of multi-housing investment property in the Inland Empire.  His area of expertise is in the representation of owners in the marketing and disposition of their income producing multi-family investment properties as well as acquisition and disposition services for private and institutional income property buyers.  John has brokered in excess of $500 million dollars in transactions involving commercial real estate.  John has a broad background in real estate.  He entered the real estate industry in 1981 as the Financial Manager/Controller for a real estate syndicator specializing in large apartment complexes on a national level. In 1984 he became Regional Portfolio Manager with Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc., handling a commercial real estate portfolio in excess of five million square feet, with disciplines including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing and portfolio management. 

John’s more recent experience includes positions as Director of Marketing, Regional Portfolio Manger and Asset Manager for two prominent Orange County Real Estate Development firms over seven years.

John has been active in the community serving on various boards, including his church, West Community Friends Church, where he is the Chairman of the Finance Committee and Co-Chairman of the Construction Committee.  John is a past president, vice president and director of BOMA Orange County (Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association) and was a founding member of the Prado View Elementary Dad’s Club in Corona, California, where he served as Treasurer. John came on board to serve as the Treasurer for Dad’s Club, Inc. in 1997 and later had to step down for a time. John returned in 2005 to serve as the Chief Financial Officer/ Treasurer of Dad’s Club, Inc.  John is pleased to be back with Dad’s Club, Inc. dedicating himself to the mission.
